Mother Bunny doing inspection

Beatrice and Billy

The Bunny family are all set to enjoy a wonderful treat on Easter morning. Mother Bunny inspects her little ones and is pleased to note that they are all ready to enjoy the treat. Beatrice and Billy, however, are the cleanest of all her little bunnies.

When Bertram Bunny hops in crying, she discovers he went to bed without cleaning grass stains from around his mouth and his whiskers are in a terrible tangle. Bertram will have to miss the Easter treat, because he is not clean.

Beatrice and Billy volunteer to clean him up, which may keep them from enjoying the treat. When Bertram is clean, the three of them hop out to find their family. They miss out on Father Bunny telling the Easter story but are in time to share the joy of the Easter sunrise.

Father praises Beatrice and Billy for giving up their treat to help little Bertram. He says that our Savior Jesus Christ would be proud of their sacrifice.
